WHEN YOU ARRIVE
We strongly recommend that participants arrive at the Event Village no less than 30 minutes prior to the start of their event

REGISTRATION & KIT COLLECTION
All participants are required to register for the ride.
Riders Registration Packs will be available for collection the day before the event (details to follow in 2018) or from 7:00am at the Registration Area on the day of the event from – Tom Flood Sports Centre, Park Rd, Bendigo VIC 3550.
There is a variety of free and timed car parking available in the immediate area surrounding the Tom Flood Sports Centre however due to it’s close proximity to the Bendigo Hospital parking can be limited. There are two carparks available; the Rosalind Park Carpark – Gaol Road and Queen Elizabeth Oval Carpark, however we would recommend that you car pool, walk or organise a lift to the venue.
There are no secure storage facilities on site so please do not bring valuables to the event. If possible, please make arrangements to store your personal items.
A variety of food and beverages will be available to purchase throughout the day, these include a variety of Food Trucks, a coffee cart, hydration station and local community group stands.
Toilets are located at the Gaol Road entry at Tom Flood Sports Centre and include a disabled access toilet.
There will be no mechanical support available at the event precinct or on the courses.

FIRST AID & EMERGENCY
First Aid Stations will be located around the course, please see location information in the Participant Information PDF.
Water, refreshments and toilets will be available at all First Aid Stations.
St Johns Ambulance Service will be providing first aid support at the event precinct and out around the course. There will also be Sag Wagons travelling around the various courses, contact information will be listed on your bib number
The first 100 participants registered in the Gran Fondo Classic (100km) will receive a complimentary jersey if they register in our Early Bird period (ending Sep 10th).
Gran Fondo and pre-purchased jerseys (or other event merchandise) can be collected with your Participant Registration pack at the Registration Desk on the day of the event.
If you like the look of our event jersey and did not purchase one during your registration, there will be limited stock available for sale on the day.
A safety briefing will be conducted five minutes prior to the scheduled start of each ride.
Timings for the various rides are listed above. If you are riding with younger children we would suggest that you position yourself towards the back of the start point. If you are an experienced rider you may want to position yourself towards the start line. We ask that all adult riders be aware of children at take off.
PARTY AT THE END
We encourage all participants, guests, supporters and families to join us for FUN and festivities at the end of the course as we welcome the Family Classic riders and support our local suppliers/donors.
