Registration and Kit Collection
ALL Participants are required to register to ride.
Rider Registration Packs need to be collected on Saturday 27th October between 9:30am and 3:00pm from Bicycle Centre Bendigo, 66 Queen Street, Bendigo OR from 7:00am on Sunday, 28th October at the Registration Area within the Bendigo Town Hall.
Enjoy a leisurely weekend, exploring Bendigo and surrounds by bike or make your entry into the Bendigo Cycling Classic the ultimate challenge!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
We strongly recommend that participants arrive at the Event Village no less than 30 minutes prior to the start of their event

REGISTRATION & KIT COLLECTION
All participants are required to register for the ride.
Riders Registration Packs will be available for collection the day before the event (details to follow in 2018) or from 7:00am at the Registration Area on the day of the event from – Bendigo Town Hall, 189-193 Hargreaves St, Bendigo.
There is a variety of free and timed car parking available in the immediate area surrounding the Town Hall. We recommend that you car pool, walk or organise a lift to the venue.
There are no secure storage facilities on site so please do not bring valuables to the event. If possible, please make arrangements to store your personal items.
A variety of food and beverages will be available to purchase throughout the day, these include a variety of Food Trucks, a coffee cart, hydration station and local community group stands.
There will be no mechanical support available at the event precinct or on the courses.
FIRST AID & EMERGENCY
Aid Stations will be located around the course.
Water, refreshments and toilets will be available at all Aid Stations.
St Johns Ambulance Service will be providing first aid support at the event precinct and out around the course. There will also be Sag Wagons travelling around the various courses, contact information will be listed on your bib number
The first 150 participants registered in the Gran Fondo Classic (100km) will receive a complimentary jersey if they register in our Early Bird period (ending Sep 17th).
Gran Fondo and pre-purchased jerseys (or other event merchandise) can be collected with your Participant Registration pack at the Registration Desk on the day of the event.
If you like the look of our event jersey and did not purchase one during your registration, there will be limited stock available for sale on the day.
A safety briefing will be conducted five minutes prior to the scheduled start of each ride.
Timings for the various rides are listed above. If you are riding with younger children we would suggest that you position yourself towards the back of the start point. If you are an experienced rider you may want to position yourself towards the start line. We ask that all adult riders be aware of children at take off.
PARTY AT THE END
We encourage all participants, guests, supporters and families to join us for FUN and festivities at the end of the course as we welcome the Family Classic riders and support our local suppliers/donors.
